How many miles did you get out of that last main halyard? What was that halyard anyway, Spectra or was it Vectran? At what time interval should you retune or replace your rods? How much pre bend do I have in my mast? What is my rake?

Many questions can arise for sure but chances are the answers can be a little elusive. Imagine having one single source to go to for ALL your rigging needs. Someone who's only job aboard your vessel is to keep track of the mast and rigging and someone who can answer all of your questions. Someone who knows what your rake is, what the length of your headstay is, and whether that hairline crack your crew just reported is new or has been there since last year.

Our Contract Maintenance service is available to a limited number of customers. We will be your "rig master" working directly with your captain and crew as your on call carbon mast expert giving you the priority service you need and deserve.

Bartspars LLC will build and maintain a comprehensive file of your rig, communicate with the crew on a scheduled basis and log all the information that your crew provides. We start with materials provided by your spar builder add a complete inspection, measurement and tuning. We will track your rigs mileage, maintenance and any and all incidences and communications from your crew. All of this information is will be stored off the boat and backed up in secure storage, safe from computer crashes and changes in crew or factory personal.

In addition, your boat's schedule will be compared continually with our schedules in order to facilitate the times and locations for inspections, tunings and maintenance. Although we are normally in the Caribbean in December and in the Mediterranean in the spring we will travel to any port at any time. Service is our goal at Bartspars LLC and we will go to any length to keep you up and running.

Contract Maintenance is a completely custom program setup individually to satisfy the needs of the customer within the capabilities of Bartspars LLC.
